Prepare the marinade

Combine water, lime juice, lime zest, lemongrass, ginger, turmeric, shallots, garlic, chili, MAGGI® cubes, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper and sugar in a blender. Purée until smooth.
Marinate the chicken

Fry the chicken

Coat chicken with rice flour. Fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with MAGGI® sweet chili sauce.
