Instructions

Cook Maggi Noodles

Cook the Maggi 2 Minute Noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Sauté onion and garlic

Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant and slightly softened.
Stir-fry Vegetables

Add the bell pepper, carrot, and cabbage to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add noodles to pan

Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the cooked Maggi noodles to the other side.
Combine ingredients

Pour the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using) over the noodles and toss everything together until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
Continue Stir-frying

Continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through.
Garnish with chopped spring onions

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped spring onions.
