Press everything into a greased pan and leave in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Prepare the cream cheese

For the cream cheese: dissolve the agar agar in boiling water. Add to the mixture the cream cheese and the condensed milk with the lemon juice.

Pour the preparation on the base and store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

For the stuffing, put the mash in a saucepan until it boils, add the vanilla pods and the agar-agar. Take off heat and let cool.
Assemble the cheesecake
