If you thought meat samosa didn't exist, then you were wrong ! Today, we're giving away the secret of our special samosas stuffed with delicious potato filling and meat.

Instructions

Prepare the potatoes

Peel and cut Potatoes to 1cm cubes and set aside.
Fry the potatoes

In a deep pan, heat the Vegetable Oil, add potato cubes and fry until golden, remove and set aside.
Prepare the meat and the onions

In the same pan brown Minced Meat, add chopped Onions and fry until onions are translucent.
Season the preparation

Add chopped Parsley and the MAGGI Chicken Stock and Water and simmer for five minutes until liquid is absorbed.
Set aside the filling

Stir in previously fried potatoes and remove the filling from heat, cover and cool down to room temperature.
Prepare the Corn Flour

Dissolve Corn Flour and cold water until smooth and milky.
Making of a samosa

Place about a tablespoon of the filling on the Samosa pastry and roll to desired shape, making sure the filling is completely covered, brush with the cornstarch mixture to seal the ends of the pastry.
Fry the samosas

Pan fry rolled samosa in hot vegetable oil and place on kitchen paper to drain excess grease.
Serve with chili sauce

Serve warm with a side of MAGGI chili sauce.
