Muffins make a healthy snack for your child and the whole family. You can make them sweet or savoury. You can store baked muffins in covered containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Milk, whole, 3.25% milkfat, with added vitamin D

Oil, soybean, salad or cooking

Wheat flour, white, cake, enriched

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 200oC / Gas Mark 6.

Grease muffin tin or use paper cases / cups.

Beat egg in small mixing bowl. Beat in milk and cooking oil. Set aside.

In large mixing bowl stir together flour and sugar. Mix a well in the centre.

Add egg mixture all at once and stir.

Spoon into muffin tin / cups, filling each about 2/3 full.

20 Min
Bake in pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes.

Remove from tins / cups and enjoy.
