Ingredients
For the dough:
- 750 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of ghee
- 200 ml of water
For the filling:

- Sift the flour into a large bowl.
- Make a well in the center and add the ghee and egg.
- Mix the flour with your fingertips, gradually adding water, and knead until a smooth dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 4 portions, cover, and let rest for 1 hour.
- Prepare the filling by mixing the minced meat with the onions, black pepper, and the MAGGI® bouillon cubes dissolved in water.
- Take a portion of dough, roll it out on a floured surface, and cut circles using a cup.
- Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over and pinch the edges to seal the Pâté à la Viande.
- Heat oil to 180°C and fry the patties until golden and crispy.
